Stuart Cranston is a Litigation Executive with over 40 years’ experience of all types of litigation, including acting for one of the leading Credit Insurers, dealing with their policy disputes and drafting policy wording, litigating and mediating their claims disputes. Also advising and assisting the Credit Insurer and their insured’s in successfully making substantial ROT recoveries in the Administrations of Republic, Peacocks and TJ Hughes. Advising on a substantial ICC Arbitration that could have impacted on all of the credit Insurance policies.

In addition his experience includes general insurance litigation, general contract disputes minority shareholders disputes and also disputed debt collection. He has represented clients in numerous forums including the Court of Appeal, the Commercial Court the Circuit Commercial court county courts and numerous Mediations, including an international mediation when the laws of California applied.

Stuart joined the practice in October 2009.
